JOB OVERVIEW:

Jennmar Corporate is seeking a full-time Talent Acquisition Specialist to support our growing organization. This position plays a key role in driving talent acquisition efforts while also providing support across essential Human Resources functions.

The ideal candidate will manage and support full-cycle recruiting activities, helping to attract and hire top talent while delivering a positive candidate experience. In addition, this role will provide administrative support across core HR functions, including employee record maintenance, benefits coordination, payroll support, and compliance.

Success in this position requires a high level of accuracy, organization, confidentiality, and timeliness, along with the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.


EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

  • High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred
  • 2–3 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruiting, or a related HR function
  • Experience with ADP preferred

  • Working knowledge of general office administration and procedures
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
  • Dependable and consistent, with a strong commitment to attendance and meeting deadlines
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize competing demands
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and responsibilities simultaneously
  • Team-oriented mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong judgment and discretion when handling confidential and sensitive information
  • Ability to maintain, process, and appropriately communicate confidential employee information
  • Working knowledge of HR, recruiting, payroll practices, and applicable employment laws and regulations
  • Willingness to travel domestically as needed


RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Support the full-cycle recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, resume screening, interview coordination, and collaboration with hiring managers
  • Conduct candidate outreach and maintain timely, professional communication throughout the recruitment process
  • Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates and hiring teams to ensure a seamless and positive experience
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines to support current and future hiring needs
  • Help strengthen the company's employer brand and promote a positive candidate experience
  • Maintain accurate and confidential employee records within HRIS and payroll systems
  • Support benefits administration, including deductions, garnishments, and leave administration
  • Respond to employee inquiries and partner with the Corporate HR team to address HR-related questions and issues
  • Assist with HR audits, reporting, and compliance activities
  • Support compliance with applicable federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
  • Identify and recommend opportunities to improve processes across recruiting, HR, and payroll functions
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management
