This Is Not Just Recruiting. This Is Building a Workforce That Changes Lives.

Our mission comes to life through our people.

Every nurse.
Every case manager.
Every direct care professional.
Every advocate.

They are the reason:
• A child finds safety
• An elder finds dignity
• A refugee finds home
• A family finds hope

And we need a recruiter who understands that.

We’re Looking for a Builder.

Not someone who posts and waits.
Not someone who screens and forwards.

We’re looking for a high-impact Talent Acquisition Specialist who understands that recruiting in healthcare — especially long-term care and mission-driven environments — requires strategy, urgency, relationship-building, resilience, and heart.

This role will support recruitment efforts across our Senior Services and healthcare programs, with a strong emphasis on long-term care recruiting including nursing, clinical leadership, CNA, and healthcare support roles.

What You’ll Do

Build Talent Pipelines That Matter

You don’t just fill jobs — you build long-term pipelines.

You will:
• Source creatively through job boards, social media, referrals, networking, and community outreach
• Utilize Boolean and advanced sourcing strategies
• Engage passive talent and build relationships
• Develop recruiting strategies for hard-to-fill healthcare and long-term care positions

Elevate the Candidate Experience

You understand candidates have choices.

You will:
• Conduct behavioral and values-based interviews
• Communicate proactively and move quickly
• Create a positive and mission-driven candidate experience
• Partner closely with hiring managers and leadership teams

Recruit with Integrity

You will:
• Recommend compensation thoughtfully and equitably
• Understand pay placement and market competitiveness
• Ensure compliance and consistency throughout the hiring process
• Help strengthen workforce stability across our organization

What We’re Looking For

Required:

  • Full-cycle recruiting experience
    • Strong sourcing and Boolean search skills
    • Long-term care recruiting experience strongly preferred
    • Experience recruiting for healthcare, nursing, CNA, or clinical support roles
    • Ability to manage high-volume, mission-critical hiring
    • Strong partnership and communication skills

Who You Are:

  • Resilient when roles are difficult to fill
    • Compassionate in every candidate interaction
    • Highly accountable and team-oriented
    • Passionate about mission-driven work
    • Someone who brings energy, urgency, and heart to recruiting
