Job Summary:  English and French-speaking markets. This role involves working closely with senior team members and hiring managers to ensure a seamless hiring experience for candidates across Canada. You will focus on administrative excellence, candidate sourcing, and building strong relationships to support our diverse staffing needs

Key Responsibilities

1. Recruitment Support:

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment process, including job posting, resume screening, and scheduling interviews.

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and desired candidate profiles.

  • Draft and update job descriptions to reflect accurate and engaging information about open roles.

2. Candidate Sourcing and Interview Coordination:

  • Use job boards, social media, and other online platforms to source and identify potential candidates.

  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.

  • Conduct initial outreach and pre-screening of candidates to assess qualifications and interest.

  • Assist with pre-employment processes, including coordinating with the processing team to complete reference checks and background verification.

  • Support new hire onboarding by ensuring smooth communication between HR, hiring managers, and candidates.

3. Employer Branding:

  • Help promote the company’s employer brand through social media posts, career fairs, and community engagement.

  • Assist in organizing recruitment events to attract a diverse pool of candidates

4. Administrative Tasks:

  • Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment databases with accurate candidate information.

  • Prepare recruitment reports and metrics to track hiring progress and effectiveness.

  • Support senior recruiters with ad hoc projects and process improvements.

  • Special Projects and Other Duties as assigned

Are you a MATCH?

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred but not required).

  • Must be fully proficient (Advanced/Superior level) in speaking, reading, and writing in both English and French and be able to successfully demonstrate

  • Proven ability to formally translate professional HR documents from English to French with high linguistic quality.

  • 2+ years of experience in recruitment, HR, or related fields (internships or entry-level roles are a plus).

  • ​ Proven track record of sourcing and landing top talent

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Experience utilizing applicant tracking systems (ATS) Workday and Google Suite proficiency

  • Canadian Labor Law: Preference for candidates with knowledge of provincial employment standards

  • Sourcing Expertise: Advanced proficiency in using LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed to source bilingual talent specifically within the Canadian provinces

  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

  • Strategic, dynamic, enthusiastic, and quick to take initiative

  • Highly motivated, goal driven, result oriented and team player
