Pay: $25-$30 per hour
Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week
Location: Roseville, CA or San Diego, CA

About the Role:
As a Recruiter, you'll be responsible for the full cycle of recruitment for mental health specialists, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and onboarding new hires. You'll also contribute to other HR functions, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for all employees.
What You'll Do:
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Utilize various sourcing channels (online platforms, job boards, professional networks, universities).
- Screen resumes, conduct phone interviews, and coordinate in-person interviews.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and identify the best candidates.
- Manage the offer process and negotiate compensation packages.
- Develop and deliver onboarding programs for new hires.
- Ensure new employees have the resources and support they need to succeed.
- Assist with HR tasks such as maintaining employee records, coordinating benefits enrollment, and supporting employee relations initiatives.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
What You'll Need:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field or equivalent experience
- Experience in full-cycle recruitment, preferably in the mental health or non-profit sector.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and employment laws.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and HRIS.
- Passion for supporting mental health initiatives and making a positive impact.
