SUMMARY
The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for managing full-cycle recruiting activities across assigned locations and roles. This position partners with hiring managers to develop and execute recruiting strategies, drive hiring decisions, and improve overall talent outcomes.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for assigned roles, including direct labor, indirect hourly, and site-level exempt positions where applicable.
- Partner with hiring managers to lead intake discussions and define candidate profiles, hiring priorities, and timelines
- Execute sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates in competitive labor markets
- Screen and evaluate candidates using structured and behavioral-based interview techniques
- Facilitate and guide hiring managers through the interview and selection process
- Drive timely decision-making by influencing hiring managers and ensuring consistent feedback
- Manage offer process, including approvals, negotiations, and candidate closing
- Own preboarding process to ensure a smooth transition from offer acceptance to start date
- Monitor recruiting metrics (Time to Fill, Time to Hire, etc.) and adjust strategies to improve outcomes
- Build and maintain talent pipelines aligned with current and future workforce needs
- Serve as a strategic recruiting partner to site leadership
REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS
Education:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent Required
Experience
- 2+ years of recruiting, HR, or related experience
- Experience supporting high-volume or manufacturing environments preferred
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities independently
