About the Role

We’re looking for a proactive and people‑focused Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team. In this role, you will lead all recruiting efforts across the organization, managing the full cycle of talent acquisition from sourcing through offer acceptance. You’ll also support onboarding, offboarding, and the maintenance of accurate employee records within our HRIS and personnel files.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage full‑cycle recruiting for all positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and extending offers.
  • Maintain candidate activity and communication within the applicant tracking system.
  • Develop and implement sourcing strategies, including passive recruiting efforts.
  • Post and maintain job openings across ATS and external platforms.
  • Coordinate onboarding activities such as checklists, IT equipment requests, uniform orders, and day‑one schedules.
  • Support offboarding processes, including exit checklists, collection of company property, and timely system updates.
  • Maintain accurate and compliant employee records in the HRIS and personnel files.
  • Partner with marketing to support social media recruitment and employer branding initiatives.
  • Assist with diversity recruiting initiatives and affirmative action goals.
  • Participate in job fairs and recruiting events as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws.

 

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Hands‑on experience with full‑cycle recruiting and various interview techniques.
  • Experience recruiting with multi-state employer.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with effective negotiation abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with employment laws and best practices in hiring and recordkeeping.
  • Experience with ATS and HRIS systems (ADP Workforce Now experience is a plus).
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • SHRM Talent Acquisition Specialty Credential is a plus.
