We’re searching for a Talent Acquisition Specialist who’s not just passionate about hiring—but about finding the right people, building real connections, and creating an exceptional candidate experience every time.
Partnering with hiring managers to deeply understand each department’s needs and culture
Managing the full-cycle recruitment process: sourcing, screening, scheduling, interviewing, and guiding hiring decisions
Utilizing a variety of platforms (social media, job boards, referrals, etc.) to proactively find and engage passive candidates
Keeping our ATS up to date and our pipeline organized and flowing
Acting as a brand ambassador—sharing why Lickety Split is the best place to work!
Have at least 2 years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition—this doesn’t have to be your full-time role! If you’ve hired and built teams as a retail manager, department lead, or in another leadership capacity, we want to hear from you.
Are fast-paced, proactive, and detail-oriented
Write like a human (and maybe even better than one!)
Know how to screen for culture and capability
Love tech and are comfortable using ATS, sourcing tools, and AI recruiting tools
