We operate a connected pet care ecosystem that provides pet owners exceptional service at our state-of-the-art, brick and mortar Pet Care Centers as well as through our mobile app, which provides 24/7 virtual care and support. We’re growing fast and need a Talent Acquisition Specialist to help scale our team of veterinarians nationwide.
This role is ideal for a recruiter with agency experience who wants to transition into an in-house, high-growth environment and take ownership of a critical hiring function.
Location: NYC (4 days/week in office)
Compensation: $75K base + quarterly bonus (OTE $90K–$125K)
Build and maintain strong pipelines of veterinarians for current and future openings.
Drive sourcing strategies for new market launches and existing market growth.
Act as the first point of contact for candidates, screening for skills and fit.
Partner with hiring managers to ensure alignment on talent needs and priorities.
Track and report recruiting metrics to leadership.
1–3 years of experience in sourcing or full-cycle recruiting; agency recruiting background preferred.
Experience with ATS tools such as Greenhouse or Rippling.
Strong sourcing skills and ability to deliver in a fast-paced environment.
Clear communicator, organized, and driven by measurable results.
Experience recruiting in healthcare or veterinary fields is a plus.
