This opportunity offers a hybrid schedule with onsite collaboration in Manhattan office. We encourage applications from local candidates in NY and NJ.

Job Summary
*             Deliver full cycle recruiting services including sourcing, screening, and interviewing.
*             Build strong partnerships with hiring managers in a dynamic and evolving talent market.
*             Champion customer's mission, vision, and values by implementing strategic attraction initiatives.
*             Leverage recruiting data to inform decisions and drive results.
*             Prioritize an exceptional candidate experience with a focus on internal mobility and equity, diversity, and inclusion (ED&I).
 Recruitment Delivery
 *            Review and screen applicants to assess suitability based on criteria established during intake meetings.
*             Present a diverse, qualified slate of candidates to hiring teams to promote excellence through inclusion.
*             Apply recruiting best practices aligned with service-level agreements (SLAs) for clients and candidates.
*             Meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs).
*             Utilize compensation matrices or collaborate with Compensation to determine salary offers.
*             Extend job offers and manage candidate communications.
*             Foster strong client relationships and act as a trusted recruitment advisor.
*             Manage high-volume recruitment for entry-level, hourly, co-op/intern, and professional roles.
*             Represent customer at internal and external recruitment events (e.g., career fairs, campus events, interview days)
*             Stay informed about hiring trends and patterns within assigned client groups.
*             Evaluate recruitment channels for effectiveness in sourcing specific roles.
*             Build talent pipelines through outreach, networking, and social media engagement.
*             Ensure timely, transparent communication with all candidates to maintain a positive experience.
*             Promote inclusive interview practices grounded in respect, transparency, and empathy.
*             Guide hiring managers on equitable hiring behaviors and bias mitigation.
*             Uphold Customer's mission, vision, and values throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
 Business Acumen
*             Stay immersed in your client group's market activity to effectively support hiring needs.
*             Maintain awareness of customer's business environment, competitors, and industry trends.
*             Understand and utilize talent analytics and data sources.
*             Ensure data integrity across HR systems.
*             Extract and analyze recruiting data to inform client strategies.
*             Foster transparency through open and honest communication.
Strategic Partnerships
*             Practice a client-centric approach to recruitment.
*             Build collaborative relationships across departments to drive shared success.
*             Partner with service areas to deliver tailored recruitment solutions.
*             Work creatively and proactively to solve challenges with support from leadership.


Required Skills & Experience
*             Minimum 2 years of recruiting experience.
*             Solid understanding of Employment and EEO laws and regulations.
*             Strong verbal and written communication skills.
*             Analytical mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
*             Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
*             Excellent relationship-building and collaboration skills.
*             Ability to manage expectations and navigate ambiguity.
*             Natural curiosity and eagerness to learn.
*             High attention to detail and adaptability.
*             Strong problem-solving capabilities.
 
Education
*             Required: Bachelor's Degree
