About the Opportunity:

 

We are seeking a high-impact Talent Acquisition Specialist to support rapid growth across our engineering organization. This role will focus on recruiting experienced engineers across multiple disciplines and locations in a fast-scaling, high-performance environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead full-life cycle recruitment for engineering and technical roles, from intake through onboarding
    • Develop targeted sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill engineering skill sets
    • Proactively source passive candidates using LinkedIn, Indeed, networking, referrals, and industry outreach
    • Conduct resume and application reviews within the ATS to evaluate technical competencies and overall alignment with role requirements.
    • Perform phone screens to assess technical qualifications, problem-solving ability, and role alignment
    • Schedule and coordinate interviews to ensure a seamless and timely candidate experience.
    • Partner closely with hiring managers to align on role requirements and hiring strategy
    • Facilitate interview debriefs and provide detailed candidate evaluations
    • Manage offer development, negotiation, and onboarding transition
  • Build strong relationships with hiring managers to provide consultative recruiting support and market insights
  • Track, analyze, and benchmark recruiting metrics (time-to-fill, source effectiveness, funnel conversion, etc.)
  • Prepare and present data-driven reports and insights to stakeholders
  • Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency, quality of hire, and candidate experience
  • Support broader HR initiatives and cross-functional projects as needed

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
  • 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a strong focus on engineering or technical roles
  • Ability to work a hybrid schedule
  • Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions in a high-volume environment
  • Strong understanding of core HR functions and employment practices
  • Experience partnering with hiring managers in a consultative capacity
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, interpret, and present recruiting data
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Highly organized with strong prioritization and time management abilities
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 applications
  • Experience with iCIMS or a similar ATS preferred
