Key Responsibilities
- Partner with sales hiring managers to define ideal candidate profiles, interview plans, and hiring timelines.
- Build and execute sourcing strategies across LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, events, and talent communities.
- Conduct structured phone screens and coordinate interview logistics with candidates and interviewers.
- Facilitate a consistent, inclusive interview process; train interviewers on best practices and assist with conducting interviews as needed.
- Maintain accurate requisition and candidate data; produce pipeline and time-to-fill reporting.
- Draft job ads; optimize postings using market insights and performance data.
- Support onboarding handoff and ensure an exceptional candidate-to-new-hire experience.
- Onboarding Partner: Manage onboarding coordination (checklists, materials, access readiness, Week 1 facilitation, and milestone tracking) and deliver onboarding training courses, as needed.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives (process, templates, and employer branding).
The ideal Talent Acquisition teammate will be self-motivated, team-oriented, resilient, and proactive. They will also have:
- 2+ years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience.
- Experience managing multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Working knowledge of sourcing techniques and candidate outreach.
- Strong interviewing, stakeholder management, and written/verbal communication skills.
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel); and recruiting tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards).
- Ability to use data to diagnose funnel issues and improve hiring outcomes.
- Commitment to delivering an inclusive, candidate-centric hiring process.
