Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
•Collaborating with hiring managers to understand the needs and requirements in-depth and creating well-defined job descriptions Â
•Sourcing, identifying the best candidates for the roles and building talent pipeline through various channels (e.g. LinkedIn, campus, slack, forms, etc.) to meet the Company’s growing needs for talents
•Working with hiring managers and other HR team members to provide the best candidate experience
•Managing the ATS and creating talent database•Managing the relationship with third parties, such as, co-op offices, non-profit agencies, third party agencies, etc.  Â
•Supporting other HR activities as required by the Human Resources Manager or their designates

Essential Qualifications & ExperienceÂ
•Proven technical recruiting experience in a fast past technology organization or third party agencies
•Proven success in sourcing technical candidates (e.g. software developer, project managers, QA, etc.)
•Highly motivated, and passionate about change initiatives
This is an existing vacancy. The base salary range for this role listed is based on market indicators to determine compensation, and an offer will consider various factors including experience, qualifications, skills, and training.
