The Opportunity Are you looking to work closer to home? SEE Group have an exciting opportunity for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Helensvale based People & Culture team. This is a full-time, 12-month fixed term position reporting to the Recruitment Lead. This opportunity will see you play a pivotal role in our talent acquisition strategy. You will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and selecting top-tier talent to help us achieve our business goals.
Responsibilities will include:
End to end recruitment across a diverse range of roles
Providing specialised recruitment advice and guidance to hiring managers
Represent SEE Group at careers fairs and other forums
Providing support for the day-to-day operations of People and Culture duties supported by the People and Culture Team
Assist with the development and implementation of Talent Acquisition and general People and Culture projects.
Essential Skills and Attributes
Demonstrated experience in end-to-end recruitment. Ideally this will be in construction or related industries.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet strict deadlines
Strong skills in proactive sourcing and talent pooling, and a confident telephone manner
Have a strong understanding of the importance of confidentiality and professionalism
Strong computer literacy including various applicant tracking systems, MS Office, LinkedIn Recruiter and other recruitment related systems
Strong customer service focus – able to confidently manage internal stakeholders and external candidates
