Job Description:
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This role will support hiring across multiple functions and geographies within the UK and Ireland and other sites across EMEA.
The ideal candidate is a confident end-to-end recruiter with experience using Workday Recruit and LinkedIn, capable of managing multiple requisitions simultaneously while delivering a high-quality candidate and stakeholder experience.
Key Responsibilities
•   Manage full-cycle recruitment across multiple roles and business functions within EMEA
•   Partner closely with hiring managers to define role requirements, sourcing strategies, and interview processes
•   Use Workday Recruit to manage requisitions, candidate tracking, interview scheduling, and reporting
•   Proactively source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and other direct sourcing channels
•   Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for critical and repeat hiring needs
•   Screen, interview, and assess candidates to ensure alignment with role and cultural requirements
•   Coordinate interview processes across multiple time zones
•   Ensure compliance with local employment legislation and internal hiring policies across EMEA
•   Maintain accurate recruitment data and reporting within Workday

Requirements/Qualifications:
•   Proven experience as an in-house recruiter or talent acquisition partner, ideally within a fast-paced, multi-country environment
•   Strong hands-on experience with Workday Recruit (advantage)
•   Advanced sourcing capability using LinkedIn Recruiter
•   Experience supporting hiring in the UK and across other markets in EMEA.
•   Ability to manage high requisition volumes while maintaining quality
•   Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
•   Screen and assess candidates for technical skills, cultural fit and potential.Â
•   Coordinate and conduct interviews, manage feedback, and facilitate decision-making with hiring teams.Â
•   Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
•   Knowledge of EMEA employment practices and hiring compliance including right to work requirementsÂ
•   Highly organised with strong attention to detail
Qualifications / Personal Attributes
•   Proven experience in recruitment, ideally technical recruitment across Europe.Â
•   Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Â
•   Ability to work independently and manage multiple recruitment roles simultaneously. Â
