Description

The Opportunity: 

Do you have the drive, skills and ability to work with us as part of our team? This role is for a proactive and highly organised Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our recruitment team for a 6-Month fixed term contract. You will be supporting In Australia.
 

You will have proven experience in fast-paced, high-volume blue-collar recruitment environment. You will be able to demonstrate knowledge of end-to-end recruitment, show a high degree of organisational skills, strong communication and stakeholder engagement abilities. You will have advanced computer skills on MS Office, excellent written and verbal communication skills and superior attention to detail with a resilient and determined work ethic.

 

In this role, some of the following duties you will undertake but not limited to:

•    Facilitate all phases of the recruitment process for both blue and white collar roles across multiple projects.
•    Collaborate with project manager(s) and Regional Recruitment Manager to identify and draft detailed and accurate job descriptions and hiring criteria.
•    Identify and implement efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies based on the available role, industry standards and needs of Kent.
•    Utilise the procedures, standards and processes for job postings. 
•    Screens applications and recommends qualified candidates from around the globe.
•    Schedules interviews, preparation of interview questions and other hiring and selection materials.
•    Assists with the interview process, conduct interviews with hiring managers.
•    Check’s candidates references and credentials, verifying experience and backgrounds.
•    Maintain accurate candidate records on the internal applicant tracking system.
•    Identifies opportunities for improving overall candidate experience.
•    Recruit in line with the Kent Equality, Diversity and Inclusion plan.
•    Prepare and maintain recruitment reports including weekly reporting requirements.
•    Any other adhoc requests from the Regional Recruitment Manager.
