Partner with Human Resources and Residential Leadership to identify staffing needs and develop proactive recruiting strategies.
Manage full-cycle recruitment, including posting positions, sourcing candidates, screening, interviewing, and extending offers including entry level and professional positions.
Provide candidates with clear information regarding job expectations, compensation, schedules, and onboarding requirements.
Promote Eisenhower Center through internal and external job postings, marketing efforts, and community outreach.
Attend job fairs, career events, and coordinate on-campus recruiting with colleges and training programs.
Guide candidates through all onboarding steps, including background checks, I‑9 verification, and required documentation.
Maintain accurate and timely data entry in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and HRIS platforms.
Ensure compliance with EEO, ADA, and all applicable employment laws and internal policies.
Maintain personnel files in accordance with organizational standards.
Maintain weekly and monthly hiring reports to track recruitment metrics and open positions.
Analyze market data to stay informed on competitive wages, candidate availability, and industry trends.
Identify opportunities to improve recruiting, onboarding, and new‑hire training processes.
Stay current on HR and employment law updates through ongoing training and professional development.
Conduct reference checks, review academic and work history, and ensure candidates meet all hiring requirements.
Perform other HR‑related duties as assigned.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (preferred)
2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in high-volume or behavioral health settings
Experience with UKG/Kronos (preferred)
Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills
Proven ability to build rapport, manage challenging conversations, and maintain a positive, professional demeanor
Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to quickly learn ATS/HRIS systems
