Job Description:
The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and sourcing qualified talent using a variety of different sources. Building and maintaining relationships with hiring leaders will be key to success in this role.

Responsibilities
- Work closely with hiring managers to determine recruitment specifics and develop a hiring strategy for each position
- Identify, attract and source talent using different niche sites/channels such as LinkedIn and other sources.
- Manage job postings on career website as well as other relevant posting websites
- Manage all aspects of the recruitment process including pre-screening, scheduling, offers, background check, all the way through to onboarding.
- Update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) Workday, coordinate background verifications aligned with company processes and manage all follow-up communications
- Provide regular updates and insights to hiring managers, ensuring alignment on candidate progress and market conditions
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners and Talent Develop teams to drive internal mobility and other key initiatives
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified talent, focusing on both active and passive candidates, utilizing innovative sourcing methods like networking events, talent communities, and employee referrals.
- Ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process, actively seeking feedback from candidates to improve the recruitment journey and nurture long-term relationships.
Skills and Abilities
- Strong understanding of employer branding and the ability to represent the company in a compelling way to prospective candidates.
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Expertise in diversity and inclusion recruitment strategies.
- Experience with using recruitment marketing platforms and tools to enhance talent engagement.
- Data-driven mindset with proficiency in utilizing analytics for recruitment reporting and decision-making.
- Ability to build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with hiring leaders and candidates, providing consultative advice and recruitment expertise to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Demonstrated ability to adapt to changing recruitment needs, including adjusting sourcing strategies and processes to address evolving talent requirements and market dynamics.
Education
- Bachelor's Degree is Preferred
Experience
- 3-5 Years end to recruiting experience with a focus on recruiting in the financial services industry is Required
- Certifications such as AIRS, LinkedIn Recruiter, or other recruitment/talent acquisition certifications are Preferred.
- Hands-on experience specifically managing recruitment processes through Workday or a comparable Applicant Tracking System (ATS) is Preferred
Base Salary Range - $60,000 - $87,000
