The Sourcing Consultant supports talent acquisition efforts through proactive, relationship-based outreach to build and maintain diverse candidate pipelines. This role focuses on identifying, engaging, and nurturing talent across multiple role categories while supporting the development and maintenance of sourcing tools, projects, and processes that strengthen recruiting outcomes.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR or business/communications related field
  • Three (3) of experience in recruiting, sourcing, or a related talent acquisition function.

Preferred Qualifications

  • SHRM or HRCI or other applicable certification
  • Five (5) years of experience in recruiting, sourcing, or a related talent acquisition function.

Skills

  • Demonstrated experience with relationship-based candidate outreach and engagement.
  • Experience supporting multiple recruiting or sourcing projects simultaneously.
  • Strong research and communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze talent market data and translate insights into sourcing strategy.
  • Proficiency with talent acquisition tools, platforms, and tracking systems.
