OpenLoop’s mission is to bring care anywhere by powering telehealth solutions at scale. Our Technical Recruiting team is the engine that finds the builders behind our platform; as a Technical Sourcer, you will be the first point of contact for the engineering and product talent needed to expand our digital health infrastructure. You will partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to map out talent markets and build diverse, high-quality pipelines.

What You'll Do

  • Strategize: Partner with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and develop creative sourcing strategies for R&D roles.
  • Pipeline Building: Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Stack Overflow, and niche communities to identify and engage passive technical talent.
  • Screening: Conduct initial outreach and introductory screens to qualify candidates based on technical skills and alignment with OpenLoop’s mission.
  • Data Integrity: Maintain meticulous records in our ATS (Applicant Tracking System) to ensure a seamless handoff to Recruiters and a high-touch candidate experience.
  • Market Mapping: Provide real-time market feedback and talent landscape insights to the TA team to help calibrate roles and salary expectations.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Who You Are

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
  • Detail-Oriented: You enjoy the "hunt" and pride yourself on finding the needle in the haystack through boolean strings and deep-web sourcing.
  • Candidate-Centric: You understand that a sourcer is a brand ambassador; you write personalized, compelling outreach that stands out in a crowded inbox.
  • Collaborative: You thrive in a fast-paced startup environment and view recruiting as a team sport.
  • Adaptable: You can pivot quickly when hiring priorities shift and are comfortable navigating ambiguity.

Required Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in technical sourcing or full-cycle technical recruiting.
  • Proven experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and other advanced sourcing tools (Boolean, X-ray search).
  • Demonstrated ability to engage and convert passive candidates in the software engineering or health-tech space.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in a high-growth startup or a fast-paced agency environment.
  • Familiarity with specific tech stacks (e.g., React, Node.js, AWS) and the ability to speak "dev" fluently.
  • Experience using Ashby, Lever, or Greenhouse ATS.
