Constructor has grown headcount over 180% in the last two and a half years. We have done so with one recruiter and the help of hiring managers. With a plan to continue hiring at a high rate, we are looking to add additional support to the Recruiting team. This Sourcer would work closely with the Talent Acquisition Manager to continue to grow our team. We are looking for someone who has 2-3 years of experience in candidate sourcing, candidate screening, and hiring, all with the priority of providing the best candidate and hiring manager experience. This Recruiter would primarily be focused on roles across our Go To Market teams, which include our sales, marketing, account management, and customer success departments. These teams have a presence in North America, APAC, LATAM, and EMEA. We have a very technical product, so experience recruiting for technical ability is strongly preferred.
