Position Overview

We're looking for a strategic and detail-obsessed Talent Acquisition Sourcer who thrives on uncovering exceptional, passive talent in the construction industry. You will be the frontline investigator and researcher—finding skilled professionals in hard-to-reach places and supporting Talent Acquisition Specialist in engaging them in opportunities with our forward-thinking enterprise.

This role is ideal for someone who is energized by sourcing, lives inside LinkedIn Recruiter, and can track 20 things without breaking a sweat.

Responsibilities

  • Use LinkedIn Recruiter (expert level), Zoom Info, Indeed Smart Sourcing, job boards, referrals, and other tools to research, identify, and organize passive candidates.
  • Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to deeply understand position requirements, business context, and team culture.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for key roles, especially in admin Construction Operations.
  • Track outreach and candidate movement using our ATS (Greenhouse), the CRM system and sourcing tracker tools.
  • Create engaging outreach campaigns to attract talent that aligns with Nox Group's culture and mission.
  • Maintain data accuracy and reporting to optimize sourcing efforts and strategy.
  • Stay informed on market trends, competitor hiring strategies, and candidate motivations.
  • Represent Nox Group’s brand with professionalism and enthusiasm in every interaction.

What You Bring

  • 2+ years of sourcing experience (construction or skilled trades experience highly preferred).
  • Mastery of LinkedIn Recruiter—this is your primary tool and second home.
  • Demonstrated ability to find and engage passive talent across a variety of technical and field roles.
  • Meticulous organization, task management, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to juggle multiple requisitions and priorities with composure and focus.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with ATS platforms (Greenhouse Recruiting a plus)

Education & Certifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Communication, Human Resources, or related field preferred but not mandatory. Equivalent experience in Talent Acquisition acceptable.
