About your team
Talent Acquisition is a global CPO team operating as the face of Fidelity International with the candidate experience at the heart of everything we do.
In rapidly changing markets, we act as brand ambassadors, partnering with our businesses to ensure we attract and secure exceptional diverse talent contributing to our vision of building better financial futures for our customers.
The team act as the primary owners for the end-to-end internal and external recruitment processes, utlising a range of sourcing channels and platforms. There is significant liaison with internal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding process.
They are also responsible for the supplier relationship management of our Preferred Supplier Lists and regularly contribute to strategic projects both within Talent Acquisition and the wider CPO (Chief People Office) function.
