Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in HR, talent acquisition coordination, or onboarding support
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish

 

Job Responsibilities:

The Talent Acquisition Representative plays a key role in ensuring a seamless pre-employment and onboarding experience for all new hires and temporary employees converting to regular status. This position is responsible for coordinating background checks, new hire documentation, onboarding logistics, and conversion processes in partnership with HR, Recruiting, and Payroll. The TA Representative ensures every candidate transitions into the organization efficiently, compliantly, and with a positive experience.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the pre-employment process for all new hires, including background checks, employment verifications, and required documentation.
  • Prepare and send offer letters and coordinate all pre-hire communications with candidates.
  • Partner with HR, IT, and hiring managers to ensure a smooth onboarding experience, including system setup, orientation scheduling, and Day 1 logistics.
  • Track and manage temporary employee conversions, including offer processing, pay adjustments, and communication with agency partners.
  • Maintain accuracy and compliance in ATS and HRIS systems (e.g., Greenhouse, ADP) throughout the hiring and onboarding process.
  • Update and maintain onboarding checklists, templates, and SOPs to ensure consistent execution across departments.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for new hires regarding onboarding-related questions and requirements.
  • Partner closely with Payroll and HR Operations to ensure new hire data is complete and accurate prior to processing.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives to streamline pre-employment and onboarding workflows.
  • Generate weekly reports on onboarding progress, pending clearances, and conversion activity.

 

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple onboarding processes simultaneously.
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HRIS platforms (e.g., Greenhouse, ADP)
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Knowledge of compliance and documentation requirements for new hires and temporary employees.

Job Details:

  • Work Hours: Monday through Friday, business hours; onsite
  • Work Attire: Use good judgment, keeping in mind the nature of their work, their safety and the safety of others, and their need to interact with the public.
  • Pay Range: $27-30/hr.
