About This Role: Shape the Future of Talent at Bosch

Bosch is seeking a Talent Acquisition Project Manager who will be responsible for projects and transformation to architect the evolution of how we attract and hire top talent across North America. This is not a standard recruiting role. You are the execution engine, the project powerhouse, and the change champion at the heart of our Talent Acquisition function, the People Acquisition Campus for North America (PAC-NA).
You will lead important talent acquisition initiatives—from integrating new business into the PAC-NA ecosystem to launching large-scale hiring initiatives and pioneering cutting-edge recruitment technologies. The U.S. base salary range for this full-time position is $115k -$135k. Within the range, individual pay is determined based on several factors, including, but not limited to, work experience and job knowledge, complexity of the role, job location, etc.
