We’re looking for a strategic, organized, and execution-driven Talent Acquisition Program Manager to lead high-impact recruiting initiatives across systems, processes, and candidate experience. This role is critical to scaling our hiring operations and driving consistency, efficiency, and quality across our global TA function.
Key Responsibilities
Program Design & Execution
Lead the planning, launch, and adoption of TA programs (e.g., hiring manager enablement, interview training, intake/kickoff calibration, DEI recruiting initiatives).
Build scalable frameworks, training and toolkits to support program/process adoption globally.
Manage cross-functional project plans, timelines, and success metrics.
TA Process Optimization
Identify process inefficiencies and partner with TA Ops, People Systems, and recruiters to design solutions.
Support global harmonization and alignment of key workflows (e.g., job intake/kickoff, talent identification, candidate evaluation, ATS adoption & accuracy, offer management).
Partner with Employer Branding and Talent Analytics to ensure data-led decision-making.
Stakeholder Engagement
Serve as the liaison between TA and business leaders, HRBPs, and systems teams.
Drive alignment and visibility through clear communication, updates, training calendars, and documentation.
Ensure recruiting programs are aligned to business goals and talent strategy.
Reporting & Measurement
Define and track key metrics to assess program impact (adoption, efficiency, speed and quality of hire, etc.)
Prepare reports, presentations, QBRs and recommendations for TA Leadership.
Use data to continuously iterate and improve program design and delivery.
Required Qualifications
7+ years in Talent Acquisition, Program Management, or Talent Development
Proven experience managing complex, cross-functional projects
Strong project management skills (e.g., tools like Asana, Smartsheet, or Jira)
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
Experience with ATS platforms (e.g., SmartRecruiters, Greenhouse, Workday)
Analytical mindset and comfortable working with data and KPIs
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in a global or matrixed organization
Familiarity with DEI recruiting strategies
Experience implementing process or systems change in TA
