Job Description:

   

We are seeking a strategic and highly skilled Talent Acquisition Operations professional to serve as a subject matter expert in driving operational excellence across our global recruiting function. This role will partner closely with the Global TA Operations Manager recruiters, hiring managers, HR, and business leaders to enhance efficiency, improve candidate and hiring manager experiences, and strengthen our ability to attract top talent.

The ideal candidate brings a strong background in training & enablement, continuous improvement methodologies, and talent attraction strategies. Experience with Workday Recruiting and Phenom would be an added benefit, as this role will help ensure both platforms are leveraged to their full potential. Familiarity with both internal recruiting processes and RPO delivery models is also key, as this role will help align different recruiting channels to ensure a consistent and seamless hiring experience.

Key Responsibilities

Operational Excellence & Continuous Improvement

  • Lead process improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies to enhance speed, quality, and consistency in hiring.
  • Analyze recruiting performance data from Workday and Phenom to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain documentation, playbooks, and process maps to ensure standardization and scalability across internal and RPO supported processes.

Training & Enablement

  • Design and deliver training programs for recruiters, hiring managers, and interviewers on tools, processes, and best practices.
  • Serve as the subject matter expert for Workday Recruiting and Phenom, ensuring proper system usage and adoption across the talent acquisition team.
  • Build onboarding programs for new recruiters (internal and RPO) and ensure continuous upskilling opportunities focused on system capability and evolving best practices.

Talent Attraction & Branding

  • Partner with TA leadership and employer brand teams to maximize Phenom’s capabilities in career site management, talent campaigns, and candidate engagement.
  • Recommend innovative sourcing channels, campaign strategies, and technology solutions to improve outreach.
  • Monitor labor market trends and competitor benchmarks to inform proactive attraction strategies.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with HR, People Analytics, and Marketing to align recruiting operations with broader workforce and branding strategies.
  • Partner with HRIS and IT teams to ensure Workday and Phenom integrations are optimized and consistently delivering a seamless user experience.
  • Act as a key liaison between internal TA teams and RPO partners, ensuring alignment of service delivery, process consistency, and candidate experience.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to TA leaders by providing insights and recommendations based on system analytics and market data.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in talent acquisition operations, recruiting enablement, or related HR functions.
  • Hands-on expertise with Workday Recruiting and Phenom (system configuration, reporting, analytics, and user enablement).
  • Familiarity with both internal recruiting processes and RPO delivery models, with the ability to align and optimize across both.
  • Proven track record of leading process improvement and change management initiatives.
  • Strong facilitation and training design skills, with experience creating scalable learning solutions.
  • Experience in talent attraction, sourcing strategies, and employer branding initiatives.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret insights and tell a story that drives action.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to influence at multiple levels without direct authority.

Preferred Skills

  • Certification in Lean, Six Sigma, or equivalent CI methodologies.
  • Experience supporting a global recruiting organization.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing or communications strategies for employer branding.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
