DemonstratedĀ expertiseĀ in proactive sourcing techniques such as Boolean/search string mastery, multi-channel outreach, talent community building, and conversion of passive pipelines into high-quality hiresĀ
A strongĀ track recordĀ of hiring across modern engineering ecosystems ā cloud-native, SaaS, platform engineering, infrastructure, data, and AI-focused environmentsĀ
ComfortableĀ usingĀ with AI-enabled recruiting tools and platforms, such as:Ā
AI-assisted sourcing toolsĀ (e.g.Ā talent intelligence platforms, enrichment tools, automation workflows)Ā
