This is a 12 month fixed term contract with the potential to extend.
As a Tech & Product Recruiter (mid level), you’ll work directly with hiring managers and stakeholders to own end-to-end hiring, primarily across technical roles. You’ll be hands-on with the process while contributing to our hiring strategy and improving candidate experience. This role is key to building the next chapter of Almedia, from shaping teams in Berlin to supporting our international expansion.
Lead full-cycle hiring across technical and selected commercial roles, from intake to offer
Partner closely with hiring managers to define role requirements and hiring success
Run structured, data-informed processes that drive both quality and speed
Own key hiring processes in Berlin while supporting global expansion efforts
Champion a consistent, high-quality candidate experience across markets
Contribute to ongoing process improvements and knowledge-sharing across the TA team
Experience recruiting in scaling startups or high-growth companies
Track record of successful full-cycle recruiting, with a focus on technical roles
Confidence building partnerships with hiring teams and stakeholders
Strong communication skills in English and a structured, strategic approach to hiring
A data-informed mindset using insights to improve performance and guide decisions
