We are seeking a proactive and strategic Talent Acquisition Partner to support the attraction and engagement of high-quality Nursing and Allied Health professionals across our hospital and services in Victoria and New South Wales.
Working within a centralised shared services model, this role plays a critical part in ensuring St John of God Health Care continues to secure top talent to meet evolving workforce demands. You will partner closely with leaders to understand workforce planning needs, provide expert sourcing advice, and deliver end-to-end recruitment support aligned to organisational strategy.
This is a hands-on, consultative role where you will combine data insights, market knowledge, and strong stakeholder engagement to proactively build talent pipelines and deliver exceptional candidate experiences.

The Position
Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition Lead and Senior Manager
Recruitment to design, implement, and refine cutting-edge hiring strategies that attract diverse talent across all levels and departments.
Provide expert advice on talent sourcing, ensuring alignment with our workforce planning and strategic objectives.
Draft compelling and effective job advertisements that resonate with target candidates and accurately reflect position requirements and Employee Value Proposition (EVP).
Proactively source candidates using a wide range of channels, including online job boards, professional networks, social media, and emerging innovative platforms, while staying current with industry trends and best practices.
Cultivate strong, effective relationships with HR Business Partners (HRBPs) and Senior Leaders to gain a deep understanding of workforce needs and inform tailored sourcing strategies.
Collaborate with hiring managers to recommend and implement appropriate recruitment methodologies and talent sourcing strategies for attracting high-quality candidates.
Support the candidate journey, from initial screening and shortlisting to interview coordination.
Engage with candidates throughout the process to build positive relationships and ensure superior candidate experience.
Develop and strategically manage talent pools, creating a continuous pipeline of qualified candidates for critical and hard-to-fill positions.
Monitor, evaluate, and report on the effectiveness of sourcing strategies, continuously reviewing and improving processes to optimise talent attraction efforts.
Ensure all talent acquisition activities meet internal standards, stakeholder requirements and internal KPI/SLAβs.
You will demonstrate experience in internal or agency recruitment, within a healthcare speciality and have a proven ability to manage end-to-end recruitment across complex portfolios.
To succeed you will demonstrate strong stakeholder management and advisory capability with a proactive, data-driven, and solutions-focused approach. The ability to proactively develop and implement effective talent sourcing strategies, will be essential for this position.

We can offer you
Salary: $107,033 to $110,432 per annum, plus 12% superannuation
Permanent full-time opportunity, working 38 hours per week
Based in our Perth CBD Office
