Job Summary

The Talent Acquisition Partner (TAP) plays a crucial role in driving the success of Black Rifle Coffee Company by aligning talent acquisition strategies with business objectives. This position is not just about filling open roles but about being a true business partner who understands the organization holistically. The TAP will work closely with department leaders to proactively develop and execute recruiting strategies that align with departmental goals, ensuring the right talent is hired to meet current and future business needs.

Job Details

Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Partnership:
    • Develop deep knowledge of the lines of business supported, understanding their strategic goals and how talent acquisition contributes to achieving them.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring leaders, acting as a trusted advisor in talent planning and workforce strategy.
    • Conduct regular check-ins with newly hired employees and hiring leaders to ensure successful integration and retention.
  • Talent Acquisition & Pipeline Management:
    • Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on recurring roles, understanding the specific skills, competencies, and attributes required for success.
    • Proactively build and maintain talent pipelines for critical and high-volume positions to ensure a steady flow of qualified candidates.
    • Leverage market insights and data to guide hiring leaders in making informed decisions.
  • Candidate Experience & Engagement:
    • Ensure a positive and seamless candidate experience throughout the hiring process, from initial engagement to onboarding.
    • Actively engage with candidates to build a robust employer brand and promote BRCC’s culture and values.
  • Continuous Improvement & Reporting:
    • Analyze recruiting metrics, such as time-to-fill, quality of hire, and candidate feedback, to identify opportunities for process improvement.
    • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, tools, and best practices to enhance recruiting strategies and tactics.

Education and Skill Requirements:

  • Education: Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably within a fast-paced or high-growth environment.
  • Experience in supporting Talent Acquisition for a Marketing agency or Marketing org within a CPG Brand
  • Skills:
  • Strong understanding of full-cycle recruiting processes.
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (Workday preferred) and other recruitment tools- LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Handshake, etc.
  • Strong Business Acumen and business knowledge
  • Ability to build strong relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.
  • High level of organization and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work/Physical Requirements

This is a full-time position and may require long hours and may require weekend and nights work per events.

  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, sit, talk, hear, and use hands and fingers to operate a computer, telephone, keyboard; reach, stoop, kneel to install computer equipment.
  • Ability to sit at a computer terminal for an extended period
  • Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision requirements due to computer work
  • Light to moderate lifting may be required
  • Ability to uphold the stress of traveling (potentially will travel, not regular occurrence/<5%)
  • Regular, predictable attendance is required.
  • Moderate noise (i.e., business office with computers, phone, and printers, light traffic).
