As our first full-time Talent Acquisition Partner, you’ll have the opportunity to build and own the hiring function at VoiceLine. You’ll work closely with our founders and leadership team to attract, engage, and hire world-class talent across software engineering, product, design, and go-to-market.
This role goes beyond filling positions: you’ll design the processes, tools, and strategies that will allow us to scale quickly and sustainably. From driving sourcing and outreach to shaping the candidate experience, you’ll play a central role in building the team and culture that powers our growth.
What you’ll be doing:
Partner with founders and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and define role requirements
Drive the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, outreach, screening, interviewing, and closing
Build and nurture diverse pipelines of top talent
Create scalable, modern recruitment processes and implement the right tools for growth
Champion an excellent candidate experience and inclusive hiring practices
Share market insights and act as a trusted advisor to our leadership team
Represent and amplify our culture and values throughout the hiring journey
Proven experience in talent acquisition, ideally in a startup or scale-up environment
Track record of hiring across multiple disciplines (tech, product, design, GTM)
Strong sourcing skills and ability to engage passive candidates
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Pragmatic and process-minded – able to balance speed with quality
Passion for building diverse, inclusive teams and delivering a standout candidate experience
Fluency in both German & English
