Purpose of the Job
The Talent Acquisition Partner will deliver a full internal recruitment and sourcing service for key parts of the HH Global EMEA operation, employing traditional and creative sourcing strategies to ensure our talent requirements are met with pace and the highest levels of quality and outcome.
Our Global Talent Acquisition (TA) team of 10 is responsible for full-cycle recruiting - from job briefings, sourcing, screening and qualifying candidates, coordinating and managing interviews through to offer and maintaining consistent communication with all stakeholders throughout.
This role is to join the EMEA TA team who deliver hiring expertise to the business across all levels and all disciplines throughout the region.Β Your area(s) of TA experience might include Digital + Creative, Client Engagement / Account Management, broad Professional Services, Manufacturing Management or locations including Czechia / other Central European jurisdictions.
This is a blended / hybrid role with some office presence required per week.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver full life cycle recruitment activity across a varied internal client base from initial hiring manager briefing through to relaying job offers
Partner with hiring managers and liaise with the wider HH Global People + Talent team to ensure job requirements and expectations are clearly understood so that applicants can be quickly assessed against appropriate criteria
Generate compelling job advertisements to attract the talent required
Source and pipeline for in-demand passive talent
Quickly and efficiently assess applicant suitability for roles
Manage the interview and selection process through to relaying job offers
Track, maintain and report key metrics
Manage all application and interview data in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
Work with the Talent Acquisition Manager and other TA team members to develop and maintain team best practices
Knowledge, Skills + Experience
Full cycle recruiting experience, ideally gained within both agency and in-house environments
Degree level education or equivalent qualification and / or experience
Proven success recruiting for specialist medium volume positions across multiple disciplines and geographies
Demonstrable experience in delivering an end-to-end, full cycle recruitment process
Proven ability to partner with and influence multiple hiring managers concurrently
Able to work independently toward recruiting objectives with a sense of urgency and purpose
Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills and the ability to establish credibility with a broad range of applicants and stakeholders
A thorough understanding of UK, and ideally some EMEA wide, employment and data legislation
Additional European language skills, beyond excellent English, could be of value - Czech especially

Highly proficient with MS Office software and experience within ATS environments
A high level of LinkedIn and LinkedIn Recruiter experience
