Talent Acquisition Partner II- High Volume Recruiter (Fast-Paced Environment)

Location: Remote | Must Reside in CA.

Employment Type: Full-Time| Monday- Friday 8:00am-4:30pm

Position Summary

We are seeking a driven, high-energy Recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. In this role, you will support hiring efforts for assigned locations with a strong focus on direct sourcing, pipeline building, and delivering results quickly.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with urgency, hitting goals, and building strong relationships with both candidates and hiring managers.

What Youโ€™ll Do

  • Manage high-volume recruiting with a strong focus on engagement and retention
  • Partner with hiring managers to assess needs and develop effective recruiting strategies
  • Source, screen, and interview candidates across multiple channels
  • Build and maintain robust candidate pipelines
  • Deliver a positive, professional candidate experience
  • Fill open roles efficiently while meeting recruiting metrics and SLAs
  • Promote opportunities through job fairs, outreach, and community partnerships
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and implement innovative sourcing strategies
  • Provide guidance to hiring managers on recruiting best practices
  • Maintain consistent communication and follow-up with candidates and stakeholders

What Weโ€™re Looking For

  • 2+ years of recruiting experience (high-volume preferred)
  • 2+ years of sourcing experience with proven results
  • Behavioral Health recruiting experience preferred
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
