Description

Talent Acquisition Partner I is responsible for driving execution of talent acquisition initiatives to attract the nation’s top talent. The Talent Acquisition Partner I plays an integral role in the growth of our organization and brand recognition and awareness. 

Talent Acquisition Partner I responsibilities and essential job functions include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Responsible for full-cycle recruitment, from sourcing and interviewing to extending job offers 
  • Responsible for building on foundational recruiting abilities; lead in identifying top talent by various sourcing techniques, including applications, job boards, recruiting events, and social media platforms 
  • Establish and grow relationships with active and passive candidates, qualify candidates by understanding job descriptions and qualifications and match the candidate’s knowledge, skills and abilities to job openings
  • Arrange interviews by coordinating schedules and utilizing technology
  • Manage candidate expectations, such as job offers, salary negotiations, benefits review, and legal documentation creation and review 
  • Establish and maintain relationships with hiring managers, collaborate to identify competency questions for interview consistency and quality; proactively report pipeline activity in order to facilitate effective recruiting and hiring decisions; 
  • Attend career fairs and other community events to attract top talent and build brand awareness for all branch locations
  • Represent and promote the organization’s culture and opportunities with confidence, positivity and enthusiasm
  • Track and record talent acquisition metrics
  • Assist with various talent acquisition projects and initiatives

Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • High School Diploma or GED; Bachelor’s degree preferred 
  • 1+ years’ recruiting experience 
  • Previous ATS, HCM and HRIS systems experience; Oracle Cloud a plus 
  • Familiar with laws, regulations, and best practices applicable to hiring and recruitment. Knowledge of social media platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Zip Recruiter, and Facebook
  • Strong sales and negotiating skills
  • Strong communication skills, both written and oral, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to clearly and effectively communicate with people at all levels of the organization
  • Ability to exceed goals, both independently and in a team environment
  • Highly organized with the ability to handle multiple ongoing tasks and projects 
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines while maintaining a positive attitude and providing unmatched customer service 
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently; Spanish a plus
