We're looking for a talented Talent Acquisition Partner who loves the energy of high-volume recruitment, knows how to find candidates beyond the job boards and thrives on delivering results.

Our client is a leading national organisation $1B in turnover and growing with a diverse operational workforce. You'll take ownership of recruitment across multiple business portfolios, partnering closely with hiring managers to keep their teams fully resourced and operational.

This isn't a role for someone who waits for applications to arrive. We want a proactive recruiter who knows how to build talent pipelines, move quickly and make things happen!

LET'S TALK ABOUT YOU You'll bring:

• Proven success in high-volume recruitment, ideally across blue-collar, healthcare, facilities management, logistics or other operational workforces.  
• A track record of proactive sourcing, building talent pools and engaging candidates through creative channels.  
• Confidence managing 25+ interviews per week.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, building trust through responsiveness, sound judgement and recruitment expertise.  
• The ability to manage recruitment from initial engagement through to onboarding, balancing speed, quality and candidate experience.  
• A commercial mindset, excellent organisation skills and the ability to thrive in a busy, ever-changing environment.  
• Experience with Workday is advantageous, but not essential.
