We're looking for a talented Talent Acquisition Partner who thrives on the energy of high-volume recruitment, knows how to uncover great talent beyond the job boards and loves delivering results.

Our client is a leading national organisation with over $1 billion in turnover and growing, supporting a large and diverse operational workforce. You'll take ownership of recruitment across multiple business portfolios, partnering closely with hiring managers to keep their teams fully resourced and performing at their best.

This isn't a role for someone who waits for applications to roll in. We're looking for a proactive, resourceful recruiter who knows how to build talent pipelines, move at pace and make things happen!

LET'S TALK ABOUT YOU You'll bring:

• Proven success in high-volume recruitment, ideally across blue-collar, healthcare, facilities management, logistics or other operational workforces.
• A creative and proactive approach to sourcing, building talent pools and reaching candidates beyond traditional advertising.
• The ability to confidently manage 25+ interviews per week and 30+ placements per month.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, building credibility and trust through responsiveness, sound judgement and delivery.
• Experience managing the recruitment lifecycle from candidate engagement and interviews through to onboarding.
• A commercial mindset, exceptional organisation skills and the ability to juggle competing priorities in a fast-moving environment.
• Experience with Workday is advantageous, but not essential.
