The Role:
As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you’ll take ownership of end-to-end recruitment activities, partnering closely with hiring managers and people teams to deliver consistent, equitable and effective hiring outcomes. You’ll play a key role in shaping recruitment strategies, supporting workforce planning, and ensuring a high-quality candidate experience across all touchpoints.
You’ll lead intake discussions to define role requirements and sourcing approaches, create compelling job adverts, and proactively build talent pipelines using a variety of channels. Alongside this, you’ll manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from screening and assessment through to offer management, ensuring clear communication and alignment with stakeholders throughout.

About you:
At Ontic, our culture is integral to making sure we enjoy our work and deliver for our customers. While we look for the right skillset, we're also looking for someone who will thrive within our recognition and empowerment culture.

Experience working with external recruitment partners and managing agency relationships would also be advantageous.
Experience recruiting for Engineering roles within aerospace or manufacturing environments would be highly beneficial.
