As a Talent Acquisition Partner at Integrity, you will deliver exceptional talent management and candidate experiences by strategic sourcing and assessment. The ideal candidate will be proactive, and relationship driven. Your main responsibility will be to focus on full-cycle recruiting for sales and sales support positions across the organization while partnering with hiring managers to attract, assess, and hire top talent. This position reports to the Talent Acquisition Director.
Core Responsibilities
- Proactively identify, engage, and source candidates through various channels to build a strong talent pipeline.
- Build and maintain strong relationships across all organization levels, representing IEL in all interactions with candidates and external partners.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, develop recruiting strategies, and manage the hiring process from start to finish.
- Conduct candidate screenings, participate in interviews, and provide thoughtful recommendations on candidate selection.
- Represent IEL at college, local, and diversity job fairs.
- Manage multiple open roles efficiently, balancing priorities to ensure timely recruitment.
- Develop a deep knowledge of IELβs operations, business lines, and competitive landscape to provide relevant and valuable market insights to hiring managers.
- Partner with Human Resources, Learning & Development, and other internal teams to ensure new hires have a seamless recruitment process.
- Maintain accurate candidate data, interview feedback, and activity notes within the applicant tracking system to support an efficient hiring process.
- Adhere to IELβs recruiting processes and provide recommendations for process improvements.
Required Qualifications
- High school graduate.
- 1+ year of recruiting experience in a Talent Acquisition setting.
- Prior experience using social media platforms, job boards, and other online applicant resources.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
- Demonstrated ability to consistently meet or exceed performance goals.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelorβs degree or equivalent work experience.
- Prior experience in Sales recruiting.
- Prior experience working in the transportation or logistics industry.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to sit or stand at a desk for prolonged periods of time.
- Ability to lift up to 15 lbs.
