Position Overview


The Talent Acquisition Partner is responsible for managing full-cycle recruiting and partnering closely with hiring managers to deliver high-quality hiring outcomes. This role goes beyond filling positions—you will serve as a trusted advisor, helping leaders make informed talent decisions and build strong, high-performing teams.


You’ll play a key role in shaping the candidate experience, strengthening our talent pipelines, and contributing to a scalable, high-performing recruiting function.



Key Responsibilities


Lead Full-Cycle Recruiting

  • Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and hiring strategies
  • Manage the full recruiting lifecycle from intake through offer
  • Source, screen, and present qualified candidates
  • Ensure an efficient and organized hiring process using our ATS

Partner with the Business

  • Build strong relationships with hiring managers and operational leaders
  • Provide insight on talent market conditions and candidate availability
  • Support workforce planning efforts in partnership with HR

Deliver an Exceptional Candidate Experience

  • Ensure a consistent, professional, and engaging experience for all candidates
  • Maintain clear and timely communication throughout the hiring process

Build Talent Pipelines

  • Develop and maintain pipelines of qualified candidates for key roles
  • Leverage sourcing tools, referrals, and networking to identify talent
  • Support proactive recruiting strategies for critical positions

Drive Continuous Improvement

  • Track recruiting activity and outcomes (e.g., pipeline health, time-to-fill)
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and hiring effectiveness
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable employment laws


Skills, Knowledge and Expertise


What We’re Looking For
  • 3–7 years of full-cycle recruiting or talent acquisition experience
  • Strong ability to manage multiple requisitions and stakeholders
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Experience using ATS platforms and sourcing tools (LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Construction, engineering, or similar industry experience preferred
