J-U-B is looking for a dynamic, relationship-driven in-house Talent Acquisition Partner - Engineering Recruiter to help us attract, engage, and hire top talent across our organization. What You’ll Do
- This role partners with J-U-B Leadership, HR Business Partners, and hiring managers to understand workforce needs, develop recruiting strategies, source candidates, post jobs, and coordinate interviews. The Talent Acquisition Partner - Engineering Recruiter leads a positive candidate experience, maintains accurate recruitment records, and supports the organization in achieving hiring goals efficiently and effectively.Â
- In this role, you will:
- Lead the full recruitment lifecycle from requisition approval through offer acceptance and onboarding transitionÂ
- Serve as a trusted recruiting partner to hiring managers providing guidance, communication, and accountability throughout the hiring processÂ
- Champion and promote J-U-B’s employer brand by sharing our culture, values, career growth opportunities, and employee ownership storyÂ
- Develop creative sourcing strategies to identify and attract high-quality talent in competitive marketsÂ
- Build strong candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needsÂ
- Deliver a positive, engaging, and transparent candidate experience from first contact through hireÂ
- Coach hiring managers on interviewing best practices, candidate evaluation, and effective hiring decisionsÂ
- Track recruiting metrics and identify opportunities to improve processes and hiring outcomesÂ
- Build relationships with universities, professional organizations, and industry networks to support early career and niche recruiting effortsÂ
- Partner closely with HR Business Partners and onboarding teams to ensure a smooth transition for new hiresÂ
What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking someone who is proactive, organized, and energized by connecting great people with meaningful careers. The ideal candidate thrives in a collaborative environment, communicates confidently with leaders, and enjoys balancing strategy with execution.
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related fieldÂ
- 5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in professional services, engineering, or technical industries
- Strong sourcing, interviewing, and candidate assessment skillsÂ
- Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HRIS platformsÂ
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and organizational skillsÂ
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and hiring timelines in a fast-paced environmentÂ
- Passion for creating a high-quality candidate and hiring manager experienceÂ
