What’s this role about?

We’re looking for a Technical Talent Acquisition Manager to join Auvik and help us grow our engineering teams across North America and Colombia. In this role, you’ll partner closely with engineering leaders to design and deliver recruiting strategies that attract exceptional software developers and technical talent. From sourcing top engineers to ensuring an outstanding candidate experience, you’ll be a key driver of Auvik’s engineering growth and success.

This is an exciting opportunity to shape the future of our engineering organization, scale our teams internationally, and make a real impact in a fast-moving, tech-driven environment.

What will I be doing?

You’ll collaborate with engineering leadership and the People team to deliver an exceptional hiring experience and ensure Auvik attracts and retains top technical talent. While your focus will be on engineering roles, you’ll also provide strategic guidance, operational support, and hands-on recruiting across the full spectrum of engineering hiring needs.

Here’s what you’ll be doing day-to-day:

  • Manage full-cycle technical recruiting — from sourcing, screening, and interviewing to closing offers for software developers and other engineering roles.

  • Partner with engineering leadership to define hiring needs, align on role requirements, and design effective recruiting strategies.

  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies to build strong pipelines of software development talent in both North and South America.

  • Deliver an outstanding candidate experience, maintaining strong relationships and keeping candidates engaged throughout the process.

  • Optimize recruiting operations, leveraging Greenhouse and other tools to track progress, report on key metrics, and continuously improve processes.

  • Support all engineering recruiting functions, flexing into areas such as devops, backend and fullstack development, and engineering leadership roles as priorities evolve.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with HR, finance, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth, efficient, and compliant hiring practices.

What are we looking for?

  • Proven experience leading full-cycle technical recruiting, with a focus on software engineering roles.

  • Strong track record building and scaling technical teams across multiple regions — South America experience a strong asset.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

  • Deep sourcing expertise and comfort using ATS tools (Greenhouse strongly preferred).

  • Confidence engaging with engineering leaders and senior stakeholders.

  • Strong organizational skills, follow-through, and attention to detail.

  • A collaborative, flexible, and solutions-oriented approach to solving recruiting challenges.

  • Familiarity with tools like Predictive Index or other assessments is a plus.
