We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner with deep expertise in end-to-end recruiting to join our international TA team and drive talent acquisition across the EMEA region. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a highly agile, fast-paced, impact-driven environment and is passionate about finding, attracting, and hiring top-tier talent across a diverse range of functions and countries.  

As a strategic recruitment expert, you will own the full-cycle hiring process for your assigned business areas - from initial vacancy intake to contract negotiation. You’ll collaborate closely with hiring managers, HR business partners, and talent services teams while continuously optimizing recruitment strategies, processes, and tools to ensure an exceptional hiring experience.  

  

More about the role  

  • Manage the entire recruitment process from initial vacancy discussion through to offer creation and contract negotiation
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers to define job profiles and provide strategic guidance throughout the hiring process
  • Proactively identify and engage candidates through channels like LinkedIn, job boards, social media, networks, and events
  • Continuously evaluate and improve recruitment processes, tools, and methods to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
  • Partner with HR business partners, HR managers, and talent acquisition service teams to ensure smooth hiring operations
  • Deliver training sessions on recruitment processes and system usage to hiring teams when needed
  • Support and lead projects related to talent acquisition and recruitment marketing  

  
More about you  

  • 5+ years of experience in EMEA-wide end-to-end recruiting, ideally acquired in-house and within a comparable recruitment agency setting
  • Proven track record in cultivating and managing relationships with internal stakeholders and external talent communities
  • Extensive experience with advanced sourcing tools and techniques
  • Service-oriented, communicative, assertive, persuasive, empathetic, with the ability to communicate complex matters in a straightforward manner
  • Competent in using MS Office tools, LinkedIn Recruiter, social media platforms, recruiting tools, and Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors)
  • Excellent communication skills with fluency in English. Proficiency in any other European language (particularly German, Dutch, Spanish, Polish) would be a distinct advantage
