In the role of Talent Acquisition Partner working in Longueuil, QC, you will be part of the Culture and Engagement team.
You will be responsible for the full-cycle recruitment for hourly roles in our breweries. You’ll need a client service mindset and operate as a value added business partner in a highly collaborative team environment.
This position reports to the Manager, Talent Acquisition and works closely with their assigned client group, HR Business Partners, and is a key strategic member of the business.
What You’ll Be Brewing:
· Achieve an effective and consistent talent acquisition process
· Create and maintain talent resource pipelines and sourcing to provide a steady supply of top tier talent to the organization
· Include diversity through pipeline, sourcing, and relationship management
· Connect business and talent trends as a business strategic support and consultant; you’ll be a true partner and subject matter expert on talent acquisition.
Key Ingredients:
· You have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
· 1-2 years of progressive experience in recruitment is preferred
· You are a confident and competent recruiter. You are diplomatic, professional and exercise great judgment in developing and maintaining excellent business relationships within the business

Pay and Benefits:
At Molson Coors, we’re committed to paying people fairly and equitably for the work they do.
Job Posting Total Rewards Offerings: $66,800.00 - $87,700.00 (posting salary range) + 10% target short term incentive + $11,000 on average spent on benefits per employee, including but not limited to health, dental, vision, retirement with above market employer match, wellness incentives and EAP + paid time off (including holidays, vacation days and sick days).
The posting range provided above for salary is what we, in good faith, believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We ultimately pay based on a number of non-discriminatory factors that inform pay decisions including but not limited to the required work location, previous work experience, skill set and internal equity.
