How we LEAD:
Universal Music Group is seeking a highly-skilled Talent Acquisition Partner to support searches across the organization. How you'll CREATE:
Provide full life cycle recruiting services, across all levels, to various music labels and business functions
Use a combination of recruiting techniques to creatively evaluate, network, and hire top tier talent; Actively identifies, converts, and assesses passive talent
Strategize with leaders and hiring managers on a comprehensive sourcing and recruitment strategy for open positions; executes on strategy
Ownership of the candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, even for those candidates not selected
Solves problems, takes ownership of the entire recruitment lifecycle
Proactive communicator; Hiring managers will never need to ask you for a status… they are updated frequently
Can work at all levels of an organization; has a voice, knows when to push and when to accept
Adaptable to shifts in priorities
Knowledgeable about the job market, trends, hot jobs, market salaries, and can speak/advise and consult with leaders in planning their workforce needs; influences through data and insights
Organized around: multiple requisitions, multiple hiring managers, volume of candidates, and need to develop and maintain strong relationships

3+ years of full lifecycle experience, successfully placing tech talent
Proficient with PC/Mac, MS Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Experience with Client Relationship Management tool, TA tools to maximize efficiency
Experience working in a data/insights-centric organization, leveraging those resources to inform and influence sourcing/recruitment strategy
BA/BS Degree preferred or equivalent experience
Highly organized, plans their time effectively and a strong sense of urgency
Values service and consulting
Possesses confidence, strong communication skills and business acumen necessary to interact with candidates, hiring managers and senior leaders in the entertainment industry
Resilient, finds answers, is a collaborator; comfortable setting expectations
Self-motivated; acts on priorities
Strong knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (Workday preferred)
Acts as a team member to People, Inclusion and Culture (HR) organization

Salary Range:
$45p/hr - $65p/hrThe actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include, as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.
