About the Team & Opportunity

As a member of the Talent Acquisition team, the Talent Acquisition Partner (Clinical Focus) will work cross-functionally to understand the unique needs of our behavioral health clinic partners, our internal Quartet team, and Quartet Medical Group partners to identify the best talent for their openings. You will lead full-cycle recruiting while building and executing strategies that deliver an incredible candidate experience to attract the best in the field. You will be responsible for passively sourcing candidates across the roles that you've been assigned. 

Core roles that this clinically-focused Talent Acquisition Partner will be accountable for hiring include: LCSWs, LPCs, PMHNPs, Psychiatrists, and behavioral-health / value-based care focused operational and administrative roles. Prior experience in hiring these key roles is a requirement.

Role Responsibilities 

  • Meet and exceed all monthly hiring targets across our entities including Quartet, Quartet Medical Group, and InnovaTel Telepsychiatry, specifically focused on clinical roles in the behavioral health space (LCSWs, LPCs, PMHNPs and Psychiatrists)
  • Build and maintain meaningful relationships with candidates; guide candidates towards both current and future opportunities within our organization
  • Meet weekly with our Clinic Success and Sales teams to understand current clinic pipeline and problem solve on best-fit opportunities given our current candidate pipeline and open clinic opportunities across the nation 
  • Strategize on clinical licensure and cross-licensing opportunities for both active and passive candidates; partner with Licensing & Credentialing team to enable cross-licensure of qualified clinicians matched with clinic opportunities
  • Recommend and develop creative recruiting campaigns; surface sourcing ideas and recommend budgets in partnership with the entire recruitment team
  • Execute a targeted sourcing plan and provide regular reporting on your pipeline to the respective stakeholders
  • Schedule and track interviews with leadership
  • Convey candidate profile and status in hiring stage to colleagues using database reports and follow up with each lead
  • Proactively identify, network and contact active and passive talent through the following avenues:
    • Online search, job boards, social media
    • Physician, nursing and LCSW job boards
    • Email blasts, cold calling and various ad campaigns

Minimum Qualifications

  • 3+ years of full cycle recruiting experience
  • Prior experience in recruiting behavioral health clinical roles
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills 
  • Strong attention to detail and process-orientation 
  • Experience passively sourcing candidates through a variety of channels including, but not limited to, LinkedIn and Indeed
  • Comfortable interviewing clinicians on screen
  • Experience with Greenhouse ATS, Gem and G-Suite/Google Workspace
  • Experience hiring LCSWs, LPCs, PMHNPs, Psychiatrists, and behavioral-health / value-based care focused operational and administrative roles
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to partner effectively across the company

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in a high-growth startup environment
  • Prior experience with complex process improvement initiatives

Compensation: $75k - $85k + a 7.5% quarterly bonus, dependent on experience.

Note: There will be a 90-day probationary period for all newly hired Talent Acquisition Partners.
