What You'll Do

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team at ZAGG.

Responsibilities of this role include:

  • Managing the end-to-end recruitment process for positions in all assigned departments.
  • Utilize advanced sourcing techniques including LinkedIn Recruiter, Google X-Ray, Boolean searches, and other innovative methods to identify and attract top talent.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and other key stakeholders to understand hiring needs and provide guidance.
  • Use data and analytics to inform and improve the recruitment process, providing regular updates and insights to stakeholders.
  • Efficiently fill key roles quickly and effectively, ensuring we meet our business needs and timelines.
What You’ll Need to Be Successful
  • 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
  • This is a fully on-site role and will require you to be in office 5 days a week in our Midvale, UT location
  • Proficient in using various sourcing tools and techniques such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Google X-Ray, Boolean searches, etc.
  • Able to effectively handle 8-10 requisitions at a time
  • Confident working alongside executive leadership to support their hiring needs and provide guidance on best hiring practices
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure, managing multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an emphasis on clear and professional interactions
  • Able to adapt quickly to changing priorities
