What You’ll Do
Source High-Impact Talent: Identify, research, and engage candidates for critical roles across ST6 portfolio companies — particularly in sales, marketing, customer success, and operations.
Build Talent Pipelines: Support the full top-of-funnel recruiting process, from building target lists and sourcing strategies to initial outreach and engagement tracking.
Act as a Talent Scout: Assess alignment to our values and the unique needs of each portfolio company through candidate research and conversations.
Conduct Market Research: Analyze talent markets and functional landscapes to inform sourcing strategy, competitive intelligence, and workforce planning.
Leverage Tools & Systems: Maintain data accuracy within recruiting systems and tools, ensuring visibility across the team and quality candidate tracking.
Collaborate Across Functions: Work closely with hiring managers, recruiters, and operators to understand role needs, share insights, and iterate on approach.
