Job Summary:

You will serve as a strategic recruiting advisor across a diverse portfolio of businesses within the construction and industrial services sectors. This role requires strong business acumen, the ability to quickly adapt to various disciplines, and a deep understanding of the talent challenges facing the industry.

Operating within a relationship-driven recruiting model, you will partner closely with hiring managers and OpCo recruiting teams, serving as a trusted advisor, coach, and talent leader. You will own the full recruitment lifecycle for assigned positions, from the initial intake call with the hiring manager to developing a sourcing strategy and, if needed, supporting offer negotiation and onboarding.

In addition to managing your own requisitions, you will provide guidance and support to OpCo recruiters by developing recruiting strategies, sharing best practices, sourcing passive talent, leveraging industry networks, and generating business referrals. Success in this role requires the ability to build strong partnerships, influence stakeholders, and deliver talent solutions that support both operational goals and long-term business growth.

  • Full cycle recruiting includes starts from the opening call with Hiring Manager to sourcing, screen, interview, coordinate offers, and close candidates. Here is what will make you most successful
  • Deep understanding of construction job families (e.g., project managers, estimators, field operations, engineers).
  • Ability to develop and execute sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill and senior-level roles.
  • Experience supporting multiple business units or OpCos.
  • Maintain strong candidate experience and organized pipelines
  • Experience using recruiting metrics and data to drive decisions and improve processes.
  • Knowledge of labor market trends, compensation benchmarks, and recruitment best practices.

What's Required

  • Experience in Corporate recruiting or a combination of Agency setting.
  • Proven experience partnering with senior leaders and hiring managers on workforce planning and talent strategy.
  • Experience with advanced sourcing techniques and talent market intelligence.
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting tools,

Ideally, you'll have

  • A Bachelor's Degree
  • iCIMS experience
  • Experience in an Agency setting
  • Experience recruiting in a corporate setting for a related service line.
  • At least 5 years of full cycle recruiting experience, with at least one year in construction, general contracting, or AEC industries.
