How you’ll make an impactÂ
Use your expertise in full-cycle recruitment and talent assessment to help hiring managers attract and select the right people to support long-term business goals. Assigned to a specific business line, you will translate business strategy and workforce insights into proactive, data‑informed recruitment solutions that support long‑term organizational capability.Â

As a bilingual Talent Acquisition Partner, you’ll be the go-to expert across the recruitment process, coaching leaders on effective assessment practices, and ensure a positive, compliant and inclusive candidate experience. What you’ll doÂ
Lead full-cycle recruitment and provide subject matter expertise to hiring managers throughout the recruitment processÂ
Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs and align hiring strategies to meet current and future needs, building proactive talent pipelines using data, sourcing, and networkingÂ
Leverage technology and tools to balance speed, efficiency, and an exceptional manager and candidate experienceÂ
Identify opportunities to improve the recruitment process, enhancing efficiency and quality without compromising the manager or candidate experienceÂ
Ensure recruitment activities comply with employment law, Official Languages and Human Rights legislationÂ
Leverage recruitment metrics and insights to drive continuous improvement and hiring effectivenessÂ
Build and maintain relationships with external recruitment partners and talent networks Â

What you’ll bring to the teamÂ
Â
Required qualificationsÂ
A degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experienceÂ
At least four years of recruiting experienceÂ
Strong judgment and proven ability in candidate assessment and selectionÂ
Experience developing and maintaining effective relationships with internal and external partnersÂ
Effective listening, verbal, and written communication skills
Working knowledge of HR programs, policies, and recruitment best practicesÂ
Familiarity with digital platforms (e.g., SharePoint, Microsoft 365)  
Proficiency in both official languages (English and French) and proven ability in oral and written communication.Â

Preferred qualificationsÂ
At least seven years of recruiting experienceÂ
Experience supporting bilingual or linguistically designated positions is an assetÂ
Proficiency with recruitment platforms (e.g., Workday, HiredScore, Linkedin Recruiter)  Â
