Your Role 
 
As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will serve as a strategic advisor to hiring managers across multiple divisions, guiding them through the full recruitment lifecycle—from sourcing and engaging top talent to facilitating a seamless selection process. You will proactively build strong talent pipelines, cultivate relationships with candidates, and enhance employer branding through initiatives such as job fairs, career events, and university partnerships.
In this high-impact, high-visibility role, you will play a critical part in scaling our teams by driving efficiency, quality, and alignment in hiring decisions. Your expertise in talent strategy and candidate engagement will ensure a positive experience for both candidates and hiring teams, helping the company attract and retain the best talent.
 
As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will:
  • Collaborate with Hiring Managers – Partner with leaders across multiple divisions to understand staffing needs, refine role requirements, and develop effective hiring strategies
  • Manage Full-Cycle Recruitment – Oversee the entire recruitment process, including role intake, sourcing, screening, and facilitating the candidate selection process
  • Develop Talent Pipelines – Proactively source, engage, and maintain strong pipelines of qualified candidates for both immediate and future hiring needs
  • Source Top Talent – Utilize direct outreach, employee referrals, job boards, and professional networks to identify and attract high-quality candidates
  • Enhance Employer Branding – Represent SAS at job fairs, industry events, and university/career outreach programs to expand talent reach and strengthen our employer brand
  • Streamline Interview & Selection Processes – Support interview scheduling, feedback collection, and communication workflows to ensure an efficient and positive candidate experience
  • Champion Candidate Experience – Foster an inclusive, transparent, and engaging recruitment journey for all applicants
  • Maintain Recruiting Data & Compliance – Ensure accurate documentation in the ATS and hiring trackers while upholding compliance with hiring policies and best practices
  • Analyze & Report on Key Metrics – Track recruiting performance, candidate pipeline status, and hiring trends across divisions to drive informed decision-making
  • Collaborate on Process Improvements – Work closely with the People team to refine recruitment processes, enhance efficiency, and support strategic hiring initiatives
Required Experiences and Competencies: 

To qualify for this role candidates must have the following:

  • Eight (8)+ years of talent acquisition or recruiting experience, with a strong background in technical/aerospace/defense hiring
  • A proven track record of success in fast-paced, high-growth environments
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence and guide hiring team+
  • Strong sourcing and engagement skills using modern recruiting tools and platforms
  • Experience with job fairs, college/university recruiting, and proactive outreach
  • High attention to detail, time management, and ability to manage multiple priorities 
How You Will Be Rewarded:
 
SAS provides a total rewards approach to compensation, providing incentives and benefits far beyond base salary.
 
The annual salary for this role depends on the candidate’s work experience, education/training, and related skills, but the range for this position is expected to fall between $70,000 – $90,000 per year with a bonus program built on successfully meeting hiring objectives.
